Bike 88 sells bicycles, components and accessories direct to riders across the United States. No showroom, no service counter, no pressure — just the right parts, honest advice and a box that shows up when we said it would.
The name
Why 88
Eighty-eight is a number of abundance. It is also two wheels turning, twice over, which is as good a description of this business as any.
We picked it because it carries the idea we wanted at the center of the company: that a bike shop should give riders more — more choice, more straight answers, more of the part they actually need — rather than less.
How we operate
Online only, on purpose
We made a deliberate choice not to open a storefront or a workshop. Here is what that choice buys you.
No floor, no floor price
A retail lease, a showroom fit-out and a sales floor all end up in the price on the tag. We do not carry that cost, so you do not pay for it.
Advice, not commission
Nobody here is working toward a monthly target on a specific brand. If a cheaper part is the right part, that is the one we will point you at.
Sourced to order
We are not limited to what fits on a wall. If we can source it at a price that is fair to you, we will — and if we cannot, we will tell you rather than sell you a substitute.

Orders leave our fulfillment center in Nogales, Arizona. Domestic transit, domestic tracking, no customs surprise on your doorstep.
The same people after the sale
Warranty claims and returns are handled by the people who sold you the bike. There is no separate department to be transferred to.
